[#BuildaHabit] 7-DAY CHALLENGE: DAY 3
Trước khi bắt đầu Day 3 thì mình hãy chọn ra playlist nhạc nào mình yêu thích vì challenge hôm nay sẽ là một ngày toàn cardio không nhé! 😉 Một chút âm nhạc sẽ giúp mình vượt qua thử thách dễ dàng hơn!!
Đối với Third Day, Linn sẽ hướng dẫn tập low impact cardio, thích hợp dành cho các bạn mới tập, động tác đơn giản dễ thực hiện nhưng vẫn giúp cơ thể trở nên săn chắc và đốt cháy mỡ thừa hiệu quả.
Lưu ý: Linn recommend chị em nên xem clip hướng dẫn trước vài lần để làm quen với các động tác cardio trước khi bắt đầu và nhớ là luôn hít thở đều đặn nha.
Các bài tập Day 3 sẽ bao gồm:
1. Mountain climber
2. Inchworm
3. Plank rotation
4. Standing punches
5. Squat to side kick
=> Mỗi động tác sẽ tập trong vòng 30 giây, nghỉ 10 giây rồi sau đó lặp lại 5 lần.
