Saveg Café是在卡爾加利 (Calgary) 不可錯過的韓式 X 西式素料理，它是由網紅Rose (cheaplazyvegan) 和她媽媽一起創立的。我總是帶第一次嘗試素食的朋友來，每一次都獲得好評喔~

Saveg Cafeaveg Cafe 的食物就跟 cheap lazy vegan 頻道介紹的食譜一樣：便宜、快速、美味！我幾乎已把整個菜單的菜式都吃過了，幾乎所有的菜式我都很推薦，還有他們的「印度香料奶茶 Chai Latte」，超級好喝！！

首推「雜菜煎餃粉絲 (Japchae w/ dumplings)」，這其實是用韓國「玻璃麵」做的菜式，配上韓國煎餃，非常野味，相信所有人都會愛上！「無蛋鬆餅 (No Egg Benedict)」也很推薦，「蛋」汁做得非常像；「韓式咖哩飯 (Korean Curry on rice)」不在正常的菜單裡，是某天的special，好吃到freegan旅伴都搶著吃；這裡也有漢堡，看上去很簡單，「肉」排就是煎豆腐而已，卻意外的好吃喔！

Saveg Café is an unmissable Korean X Western vegan spot in Calgary. It was founded by Youtuber Rose (cheaplazyvegan) and her mother. I always bring my friends who try vegan for the first time, and every time I get good reviews ~

The food at Saveg Cafe is just like the recipe on the cheap lazy vegan channel: cheap, fast, and delicious! I have eaten almost all the dishes in the menu. I recommend almost all the dishes, and their "Chai Latte" is a must try too !!

My favorite goes to "Japchae w / dumplings", it is actually a dish made with Korean "glass noodles". With Korean fried dumplings, it is very tasty, I believe everyone will love it! "No Egg Benedict" is also recommended. The "egg" juice is very similar; "Korean Curry on rice" is not in the normal menu, it is a special and it is so tasty that my Freegan travel companion is rushing to finish it; there are also burgers here, which looks very simple. The "patty" is just fried tofu, but it is unexpectedly delicious!

bunch of cilantro and parsley until the mixture looks green
1 garlic
1tsp toasted cumin powder
chili powder to taste
2tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt( you can increase)

Sekali lagi McDonalds berjaya menambat hati aku dengan produk yang sangat simple tapi best. Spicy McNugget ni tak silap aku lah kan, dikeluarkan sempena Lunar New Year baru-baru ni. Kiranya Spicy McNugget ni seasonal menu gitu lah.

Kalau nak sembang pasal tahap kepedasan Spicy McNugget ni, aku boleh bagi rating 1/5 lah (Korang kan suka rating-rating gini). Pedas tu hujung-hujung lidah je dan tak memudaratkan langsung.

Aku seronok makan Spicy McNugget ni dan looks forward untuk try menu-menu baru dari McD akan datang. Kudos McD Malaysia sebab berusaha untuk mempelbagaikan hidangan walaupun hanya tambah sedikit kepedasan pada McNugget.

Kalini saya mau tunjukkan makanan wajib anak-anak dan keluarga saya. Kalau korang mau tau ini lah dia pinarasakan basungan kalau disini panggil ikan masak singgang. Anak-anak memang melompat riang kalau mami ada masakan ni. Diorang panggil makanan ni Yellow Rice hahaha. Masakan ni pun simple dan sihat berkhasiat jadi memang tidak payah pening kalau ada anak gila makan fast food try bagi makanan simple dan sedap ni.
