Nick, @muddaheadhunter will guide you through moves that will help you strengthen necessary parts of your body and techniques to overcome certain tricky obstacles.

Eventhough you don't plan to join any OCR, but you love to sweat it out with mostly bodyweight training, this class is also for you.

⚡️⚡️There is NO HEAVY COMMITMENT to join this class, just pay a door fee of RM 25 each time you attend. The class can accomodate up to 10 ppl, so bring all your friends along and sweat together. ⚡️⚡️

【90 Days Challenge】- record
Week4: 2018/03/17~03/23
Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

Adding new plan, turning to new mode, preparing for the same target.
We must to know what did we do.
Something sometimes didn't seem like that.
Functional training really astonished me.
Consumpting much more energy than I thought.
The goal have always be there, the mindset should be more stable.
From time to time, meeting the situation with slightly adjusting the plan.

8.當你的決定還會受影響時,那就說明你還沒做好決定!
9.腦中想好了,嘴喊準備了,請問行動了?
10.在人生的道路上,不是直行就是彎道,走不下去可以轉彎,但絕對沒有回頭路!
11.Time is equal, how to utilize it decides what we were.
12.什麼叫行動力-抱歉!我先去做了!
13.承諾得遵守,承諾得做到,除此之外,都叫藉口!
14.拋掉外在修飾,棄掉虛假點綴,還剩下什麼,才是真正的自己。
訓練時間的管控還沒到位,但原則性不容破壞,
兩小時一到,沒訓練完也強迫自己走出健身房!
雖然設定了未來的目標,因為牽涉轉換跑道引發信心不足,
回到學校尋求老師的意見,獲得肯定後讓我放手去衝,
親戚家人朋友對於未來的關心,很感謝!
但真沒做出什麼之前,不敢透露,導致心中壓力不斷累加...
學習的過程中大大發現自己的不足,必須更加充實自己才能跟上周遭的腳步!
Lacking sufficiently confident, but we have to struggle in the life as possible.
Getting lots of care along with lots of pressure.
But, I do really know I am nothing at all.
Executed the plan secretly and seriously.
The more I knew the more I need to learn.
