The strawberry pistachio Tart 🍓: Pistachio mousseline, pistachio gateau, strawberry jam, and vanilla bean cointreau marinate strawberry by Chef Adam @patissieradam who focuses on seasonality and locality. The tartness of the strawberry pairs perfectly with the pistachio base, so good.

welcome to ep.2 of my Home cafe! ☕️ I made 3 super easy snoopy/charlie brown desserts and drink, perfect to enjoy in a chill afternoon at home. The Charlie Brown hot chocolate is actually inspired from the Charlie Brown iced chocolate we had in Busan's Whoever Cafe. For the muffin, you can also use cupcakes too. I chose to use the chocolate muffins I had at home, because the whipped cream and chocolate sauce can add more sweetness, and muffins are less sweet.🧁
3種可愛史努比和查理布朗的下午茶甜點!在家裡動手做看看吧~ 材料很簡單,我打鮮奶油的時候沒有加太多糖,因為熱可可和巧克力瑪芬本來就是比較甜的了。可以按照喜愛的甜度做調整。查理布朗的造型熱可可是我去韓國whoever cafe的時候喝過的,做起來超簡單然後真的會可愛到捨不得喝啦~ ☕️

Ingredients 材料
♡ whipping cream 鮮奶油
♡ hot chocolate 熱可可
♡ melted chocolate 融化的巧克力
♡ toast 吐司
♡ muffin /cupcake 瑪芬或杯子蛋糕
♡ strawberry jam 草莓果醬
*my melted chocolate was piped with a ziploc bag
*add sugar when whipping the whipping cream to make cream thicker

It is an introduction of a very gorgeous cheesecake. The strawberries are very beautiful on the side, so they are perfect for parties. Please add a heart pattern as you like. It is perfect for today's snack, so please make it.
Cooking time: 180 minutes
Estimated cost: around 400 yen
Ingredients (for one unit (15 cm))
Rare cheese dough
6 strawberries
Cream cheese 200 g
Sugar 70g
Sugar-free yogurt 100g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
①Fresh cream 100ml
①milk 100ml
Powdered gelatin 12 g
Water (for gelatin) 3 tbsp
Cookie dough
Biscuit 80g
Melted butter (unsalted) 40g
Berry sauce
Strawberry jam 80g
Water 100ml
Powder gelatin 5 g
Water (for gelatin) 1 1 tbsp
Strawberry (for topping)
Mint (for topping)
How to make
Preparation. Let the cream cheese return to room temperature. Cut the strawberry for topping into 1cm squares.
1.Rare cheese dough gelatin and berry sauce gelatin are sprinkled into water and sprinkled.
2. Strawberries are sliced and cut in half vertically.
3. Put the biscuit in a plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin. Add the melted butter, knead it by hand, spread it on the bottom of the mold when the butter is used, press it with a spoon, and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
4. Mix the cream cheese with a whisk until smooth, then add the sugar and mix well. Add unsweetened yogurt and lemon juice and mix.
5. Put ① in a pan and warm over low heat until just before boiling. Remove from heat, add gelatin from 1 rare cheese dough, melt, add to 4 and mix well.

真っ黒なサクッとしたタルトに、簡単に電子レンジでできる、真っ白な"マシュマロレアチーズクリーム"を入れます。苺ソースの赤いハートとのコントラストがキュートなタルトに

*レシピ*(8.5センチのタルト型 6個分、または18センチのタルト型 1個分)
タルト生地を作ります。
1.フードプロセッサーに
薄力粉100g、
ブラックココアパウダー10g、砂糖35g、
塩 ひとつまみ を入れ、ザッと混ぜる。
2.小さく切った、無塩バター70gを入れ、サラッとするまで
混ぜる。
3.卵黄 1個分を入れ、ひとまとまりになるまで混ぜる。
ここまで 手で作る場合は
室温に戻した無塩バター・砂糖・塩をボールに入れて混ぜ、
卵黄も加えて混ぜる。ふるった 薄力粉・
ブラックココアパウダーを入れ、切るように混ぜる。
4.ラップに包んで、冷蔵庫で1時間程休ませる。
(ビタントニオのタルト型の場合、
生地は1個あたり38g、
ハート型は6gで私は作っています。)
5.タルトを焼く。
ビタントニオでは、3分半焼く。
18センチ型でタルトを焼く場合は、
ピケした生地にクッキングペーパーを敷き、
重石をのせて180度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
重石を外してさらに5分焼く。
レアチーズクリームを作ります。
6.ボウルにクリームチーズ80g、マシュマロ60gを入れ、
電子レンジに1分かける。
マシュマロにはゼラチンが入っているので、
クリームチーズが固まります。
7.泡だて器で混ぜあわせる。
マシュマロが溶け残ったら、様子をみながら電子レンジかけ、
なめらかになるまで混ぜる。
8.牛乳60ccを入れ混ぜ、レモン汁 小さじ1も入れて混ぜる。
9.8を5に流し入れる。
10.9に苺ソースを飾る。
