拿著大包小包，去到柏寧酒店27樓的 SKYE Roofbar
日落維港景美得令人心醉
翻看最新的 "passport menu"
New Zealand, Thailand, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, UK...
依據12個國家的特色，創出12杯雞尾酒
我和友人談bitcoin談八卦談了3小時，喝了其中幾款：

🇹🇼Taiwan代表：Mum's Old Fashioned
用台灣的驕傲 Kavalan Whisky 噶瑪蘭威士忌，加入King's Ginger Liqueur 及調酒師自家製作的薑茶糖水，成為一杯感覺「養生」的雞尾酒。還有薑餅先生帶來驚喜！

🇯🇵Japan代表：Jan Ken Pon
名字是「包剪揼」的日文 じゃんけんぽん，和風茶杯入面的綠色雞尾酒看來像海帶湯！甜甜的味道由 house blend rum, Vanilla Syrup 及 Red Bean Liqueur 組成，再加 Matcha 及芝麻，就像瞬間到「京都」

🇬🇧United Kingdom代表：Hail Mary (milk-washed)
初入行做記者，第一次出差坐英航到德國經倫敦轉機（那年頭用BNO去歐洲要申請「神根簽證」），機上80%英國人都向空姐點 Bloody Mary，我印象中就將英國人與 Bloody Mary 劃了等號。這杯 Hail Mary 用了自家 Mary Mix 與 Lobster Fat-washed Vodka，看成份已想像到是鹹鹹地，好適合仍會大量流汗的9月份，好好補充體內電解質

🇻🇳Vietnam代表：COCO Ca Phe
越南令你一秒聯想到什麼？Pho？咖啡？老實說我已不能再喝極深焙及超長萃取的越南滴漏咖啡，會頭痛；不過這一杯有例外，因為用到自家 Spice Tea Vodka 加 Espresso Liqueur，再加Espresso及Cinnamon Coconut Ice，味道像椰子雪糕Affogato雞尾酒版本，甜蜜奶香與咖啡酒味很搭

友人加點了幾款由資深主廚Lee Adams設計的高質美食：
石烤黑松露芝士薄餅、鴨肝牛肉漢堡、四川風味薯條、烤越南虎蝦、香辣雞翼棒、牛油果味噌蛋黃醬三文治
我最喜歡吃烤越南虎蝦及四川風味薯條，簡直是停不了口

I always thought I am going to have ramen as the restaurant looks so japanese. I only knew it is a Taiwanese restaurant after I sat down and check out their menu. ⁣⁣⁣

The beef noodles at 六兩三 was great except that I don’t expect the soup to be spicy (but it is acceptable for a person for don’t like spicy food like me). You can add extra noodles for free, just tell the waitress when you make the order. ⁣⁣⁣

The noodle is perfect when served with winter melon tea but we forgot to ask for less ice. I had my first melon tea a year ago at Bubble milktea shop and it became my favourite Taiwanese drink after bubble milktea. Perfect choice in summertime! ⁣⁣⁣⁣

The sweetest thing is that the restaurant provides hair bands for ladies. So sad that I found the hair bands after I finished my noodles and studied so long on what they are actually for (𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨). ⁣⁣⁣

The restaurant also offers other Taiwan dishes like Braised Pork on rice 滷肉飯. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
