配合圣诞节做的 Christmas Fruit Cake 真的这么容易吗?
之前和Olivia 老师 (FB : Cook With Olivia) 做了直播 教了大家做圣诞节蛋糕, 由于其中一个Christmas Fruit Cake我觉得不难也很好吃, 所以就尝试做了。 而且这一次我做好了以后, 就拿给我的好朋友们试试, 到底 Leslie蔡河立, Aenie王淑君, Josheen, Selina 和 Jet 对我第一次做的 Christmas Cake 评价如何呢? 请把影片看完。
我是参考Olivia老师的Recipe来做的, 我也自己加了一些Nuts 和 橙皮调味, 做出来的Christmas Fruit Cake 我还蛮满意的, 而且用 Thermomix TM 6 来制作, 真的事半功倍, 简单方便得多啦!
Olivia老师的 “圣诞水果蛋糕” 食谱分享 (FB : Cook With Olivia)
Christmas Fruit Cake
• 600g dried mixed fruits (black raisins, golden raisins, cranberries, currant, cherries)
• 280g self raising flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 620g milk
1. Soak dried fruits in milk for at least 4-6 hours
2. Pre heat oven to 150C. Line a 25 cm (9 inches) round cake tin with baking paper and set aside.
3. Place dried fruit and milk mixture, baking powder and flour into mixing bowl and mix 1 min Reverse Speed 3.
4. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.

今天忙了一整天 早上写了两篇推荐文
写完已经下午五点 时间为什么过那么快 🤯🤯
包外婆就开始催我赶快去煮饭 他解冻了鸡腿
才刚刚写完文案又要脑力激荡
想起前两天团队顾问直播的Honey Lime Chicken with Mango Chutney
走进厨房看了基本材料刚好都有
所以就决定煮这个
结果准备的过程中发现芒果还不熟
青柠也不够 可是肌肉已经腌制了
没办法 就决定拿黄梨和柠檬滥竽充数 🤣
然后食谱做了微调 因为我们家包外婆不爱吃甜
就生出了 这道Honey Lime Lemon Chicken with Pineapple Chutney
成品出来包外婆灰常满意 还问我食谱怎么煮
一般只要他问了食谱
就是默认了这道菜的味道好吃 🤣
他想记录下来以后可以再煮 哈哈哈哈哈哈
腌制鸡肉的当儿煮了白饭 顺便蒸了孩子的鸡腿
鸡腿用麻油和盐稍微按摩 裹上斑斓叶
底部放上姜片和白菜 20分钟一边煮饭一边蒸
要把 Thermomix 的功效发挥得淋漓尽致就对了🤣
蒸着的同时准备黄梨鸡的材料
这次我学聪明了 有记得戴手套去除辣椒籽 🤣
真的是一朝被蛇咬 十年怕井绳了
晚餐后看见家里熟透的香蕉
就跟包娘娘做了她的招牌蛋糕
包娘娘经典香蕉Muffin
之前看见冰箱里的 蛋糕Topping
他一直吵着要做蛋糕
于是就让她放上了一些蛋糕Topping
这次的Muffin烤出来外脆内软非常成功
只是 Topping 有些融化了
两包吃得津津有味 果然是自己做的最好吃 😌
忙了一天 终于可以坐下来
今晚就是一年一度的1111

附上调整后的食谱
@Marinated chicken
30 g honey
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ - 1 tsp ground sweet paprika
1 garlic clove
1 lime, preferably organic, zest (cut in 1 cm pieces) and juice
4 chicken supremes, skinless (approx. 800 g) (see tip)
Pineapple chutney and steamed chicken supremes
10 - 15 g fresh coriander ( i replaced with lemongrass)
3 - 6 limes, preferably organic, zest (cut in 1 cm pieces) and juice
2 garlic cloves
100 g onions, cut cut in halves
75 g red peppers, cut in pieces
1 - 2 fresh jalapeño chillies, deseeded
500 g ripe Pineapple, flesh only, cut in small pieces (1-2 cm)
2 tsp salt
80 g sugar
250 g water
Preparation
Marinated chicken
1. Place honey, black pepper, salt, sweet paprika, garlic clove, lime zest and 20 g lime juice in mixing bowl and blend 30 sec/speed 8.
2. Place chicken in a bowl and drizzle the blended marinade over it, stir to coat then allow to marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Meanwhile line Varoma tray with baking paper with enough to go 2 cm up the sides. Insert Varoma tray in Varoma dish. Clean and dry mixing bowl and continue with recipe.
Mango chutney and steamed chicken supremes
1. Place coriander and approx. 50 g lime zest in mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 8. Reserve 1-2 tsp coriander-lime zest mixture in a small bowl.
2. Add garlic cloves, onions, red peppers and jalapeño chillies to mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
3. Add pineapple salt, sugar, 70 g lime juice and water. Arrange marinated chicken on lined Varoma tray, set Varoma in position and cook 28 min/Varoma//speed 1. Set covered Varoma aside on a plate to keep warm.
4. Transfer part of the mango chutney to fill a 450 g sterilised jar, cover with a sterilised lid and set aside for another use (see tip). Transfer remaining mango chutney to a wide serving dish and allow to cool for a few minutes until lukewarm.
5. Slice the chicken supremes diagonally and arrange them over the mango chutney in the serving dish, then sprinkle with reserved chopped coriander-lime zest mixture. Serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled.

這道真的是老少鹹宜而且很容易做

🍅一鍋熟番茄Pasta🍅
Tomato Spaghetti
⭐Ingredients 材料⭐
A
150 g onions, cut into quarters (1 onion)
一粒洋蔥切四瓣
2 garlic cloves 蒜瓣
30 g olive oil 橄欖油
B
200 - 300 g minced pork 肉碎 (marinated 醃製with soy sauce, sesame oil and white pepper )
C
50 g tomato purée or ketchup 番茄醬
3 whole tomato 新鮮番茄 cutted into 8pieces切8塊
D
500 - 600 g water 水
1 tsp fine salt 鹽
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper 黑胡椒
350 g spaghetti, medium thick 意大利麵
E 加料
蔬菜 vegetable
蒸好的sweet corn (steamed)
帶子 scallop
餐前撒上
2 - 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese 粉 (要不要都可以)
⭐Steps 步驟⭐
1. Place 加入 A 5 sec/speed 5.
2. Scrape down 刮下
3. Sauté 爆香 2 min/120°C speed 1.
4. Add B and 爆香 5 min/120°C/speed 1.
5. Add C, 7 min/100°C/reverse 反轉/speed 1.
6. 打開小量杯,Add D 把意大利麵放在洞口
Add D through hole in mixing bowl lid.
讓它跳舞 Let it dance 💃🏻
根據意大利麵包裝上的時間調整
Cook according to time on packet
TIME/100°C/reverse 反轉/speed.
最後2分鐘放入加料E
