Resepi Ayam Bakar Madu Kuah Pedas
Bahan-bahan (Ayam Bakar Madu)
1 ekor ayam
2 tangkai serai (dicincang)
1 inci halia (dicincang)
1 ulas bawang merah (dicincang)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
2 sb garam
1 sb lada hitam
1 sk serbuk kunyit
1 sk serbuk cili
1 sb sos cili
1 sb sos tiram
1 sb madu
1 batang lobak merah (dipotong)
2 batang saderi (dipotong)
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
2 tangkai rosemary
2 sb minyak jagung
1 biji lemon
10 biji tomato ceri (hiasan)
Bahan-bahan (Kuah Pedas)
2 sb pes cili
3 tangkai cili besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
2 sb gula perang
1 sk garam
1 sk cuka makan
1 sb madu
1 sb tepung jagung + 2 sb air
Cara memasak (Ayam Bakar Madu)
1. Campurkan serai, halia, bawang merah, bawang putih, lada hitam, serbuk kunyit, serbuk cili, sos cili, sos tiram, madu dan garam. Gaul rata dan ketepikan bahan perapan.
2. Keringkan ayam menggunakan tisu dapur. Lumurkan garam, minyak jagung dan bahan perapan ke seluruh bahagian ayam.
3. Susun potongan lobak merah, saderi, kentang dan daun rosemary yang sudah diperasakan dengan garam di tepi ayam.
4. Sumbatkan lemon dan kentang ke dalam ayam.
5. Bakar ayam di dalam ketuhar selama 1 jam pada suhu 230°C.
6. Ayam bakar siap untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi putih dan sos pedas.
Cara memasak (Kuah Pedas)
1. Kisar cili besar, bawang putih dan bawang besar sehingga lumat.
2. Di dalam periuk, masukkan bahan kisar, pes cili dan renehkan sehingga berbuih.
3. Perasakan dengan garam, madu, cuka dan gula perang.
4. Akhir sekali, masukkan larutan tepung jagung dan kacau sehinga pekat.
5. Kuah pedas siap untuk dihidangkan.

Honey Roasted Chicken Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients (Honey Roasted Chicken)
1 whole chicken
2 lemongrass (minced)
1 inch ginger (minced)
1 red onion (minced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of chili sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of honey
1 stick carrot (cut)
2 stick celery (cut)
1 potato (diced)
2 stalk rosemary
2 tbsp of corn oil
1 lemon
10 cherry tomatoes (optional)
Ingredients (Hot Sauce)
2 tbsp of chili paste
3 red chilies
2 cloves of garlic
1 whole onion
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp corn flour+2 tbsp of water
Cooking method (Honey Roasted Chicken)
1. Mix well lemongrass, ginger, red onion, garlic, black-pepper, turmeric powder, chili powder, chili sauce, oyster sauce, honey and salt. Combine well the marinade ingredients and set aside.
2. Pat dry the chicken using kitchen tissue. Rub salt, corn oil and marinated ingredients to all parts of the chicken.
3. Arrange and seasoned carrot, celery, potato and rosemary with salt beside the chicken.
4. Stuff the cavity with whole lemon and potatoes.
5. Roast the chicken in the oven for an hour at 230°C.
6. Honey roasted chicken ready to be served with white rice and hot sauce.
Cooking method (Hot Sauce)
1. Blend red chilies together with garlic and onion until fine.
2. In the saucepan, pour in ground ingredients, chili paste and cook to boil and simmer.
3. Season with salt, honey, vinegar and brown sugar.
4. Lastly, pour in corn starch solution and stir until thicken.
5. Hot sauce ready to be served.

These are what I ate on the 3rd week since I got back from Japan.

⇨ Day 1
☆ Chocolate Protein Smoothie
2 TBS Tropeaka Lean Protein Powder
2 TSP Tropeaka Immunity
1 TSP Tropeaka Maca Powder
1 TSP Tropeaka Cacao Powder
6 ice cubes / almond milk
250 ml of almond milk
20g of Brazil Nuts
Banana (Optional)
☆ Burrito Bowl:
Beef (Porterhouse, Scotch Fillet, or Rump)
2-3 Tomatoes
1 Large Avocado
Button Squash
Sour Cream (optional)
Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Salad Leaves
1/2 Red Onion
1 Lemon
Corainder
First make pico de gallo. Chop up 2 tomatoes, 1/2 a red onion, some corainder. Mix them in a bowl and squeeze in 1/2 a lemon or 1 lemon.
Mash up your avocado and add the remaining lemon or lime. Your preference.
Chop up the steak into small cubes and fry it over stove with coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Then just mix them all together in a bowl. Use your favourite salad leaves, or vegetables. I've roasted some squash here as well.
⇨ Day 2
☆ Matcha Protein Cleanse Smoothie:
1 TSP of Tropeaka Matcha
1 TBS of Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein Powder
2 TSP of Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse
Stevia (optional - I use a few drops)
Banana or your favourite fruits (Optional)
1/2 an Avocado
250ml Almond Milk/Coconut Milk
☆ Smoked Salmon Salad
Honestly I just mix everything together. I don't have measurements of this one.
☆ Kale, sweet potato and Roast Chicken
I rarely ever roast my own chicken anymore. I just buy them from the local charcoal chicken store.
I coat my sweet potato with some coconut oil and roast it in the oven for about 15-20 mins in total. Flip the sweet potatoes once.
For kale, i normally stir fry is quickly with some coconut oil and salt so that it's easier to digest.
⇨ Day 3
☆ Matcha Chocolate Truffle
200g of Cacao Butter
28g of Coconut Oil
80ml of coconut Cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Stevia/erythritol (To taste - you can add both)
For the coating:
Some matcha powder and erythritol (Swerve) - mix them together.
This is actually quite hard to make.
First melt the cacao butter and coconut oil slowly using a double boiler. Make SURE you don't burn the butter. You'll have to do it VERY slowly. I melt probably about 3/4 of the cacao butter then i chuck all the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and blend them together so that it is like a ganache texture. Not watery, more like creamy! Add your favourite sweetener. You can use coconut sugar, caster sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc. Then pop the mixture into a piping bag or a zip lock bag and squeeze them into an ice cream/ chocolate mold. Then freeze it for about 15 minutes or so, or longer.
Then take it out and let it rest for a while before you coat them!
☆ Prawn + Squash + Salad
I just roast the squash in the oven for about 15 mins. Coated with coconut oil and salt
For the prawns. Just fry it with some coconut oil, some tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger and turmeric. Very easy.
⇨ Day 5
☆ Matcha Chia Seed Pudding (SUPER TASTY)
1 tsp of Tropeaka Matcha Powder
30g of Chia Seeds
50ml of Full Coconut Cream
70ml of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
A few drops of Stevia or Maple Syrup
Let it set in the fridge!
Taste sooooo GOOODDD!!! I love the pudding!
⇨ Day 6-7 recipes are really basic. I get the fatty king fish cuts from our local japanese grocery. Very GUD!

MATCHA VANILLA LATTE
1. ½ cup Soy Milk – 64Cals
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder – 12Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract – 4Cals
Total Calories: 97Cals
ROOIBOS TEA LATTE
1. 1 Rooibos tea bag
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. ½ cup Soy Milk – 64Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
Total Calories: 81Cals
COCONUT CHOCOLATE LATTE
1. ½ cup Coconut Milk – 222.5Cals
2. ½ cup Water
3. 1 tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder – 31Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract – 4Cals
Total Calories: 515Cals
SPICED TEA LATTE
1. ½ cup Coconut milk – 222.5Cals
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. 1/8 tsp. Turmeric – 2Cals
4. 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
5. 1 tsp. Ginger Powder – 6Cals
6. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
Total Calories: 247.5Cals
STEPS:
1) In a mug mix the dry ingredients or steep the tea bag with hot water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
2) Then sweeten it with a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey. You can also choose to flavoUr it with ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir again.
3) Next, warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. I used either soy milk or coconut milk.
4) Pour the milk into a cup and froth the milk with an electric milk frother.
5) Then pour the milk into the drink mixture and serve warm.
