大概半年前，我參加了一個十天的內觀靜座課程，九天不能跟其他的學員有交流包括講話和眼神交流，到了第十天終於解禁了，我們女生當然是大聊特聊，然後有一個女生說她在青旅工作，在香港這麽久，我都不知道香港有青旅耶！
一個禮拜前，她聯絡上我，說她想多了解素食，所以昨晚我帶她去了這家在旺角的【 素食一家 Veggie Family 】 ，其實我也是第一次去，食物種類非常多，多到有點眼花繚亂，不知道該怎麼選，食物還算不錯，只是味道偏重，配飯吃應該會不錯。
不過食物也不是重點，重點是我們的對話吧！她作了很多資料搜尋，看得出來她真的很認真想要去了解，希望我的回答會讓你覺得蔬食真的不難做到吧，而且蔬食的朋友幾乎脾氣都不錯，有時候受到很多網絡上的攻擊，我們都盡量平心靜氣的去回應，當然不排除有些比較心急的會比較情緒化一點，但這也是很容易理解的。
about half years ago, I participated a 10 days vipassana meditation camp in Hong Kong, we can't have any interaction with all other participants including talking and eye contacts in the first 9 days, on the 10th day, we finally can talk, all girls gather together talk talk talk... hahaaa
there's a girl told us she's working in a hostel in Hong Kong, I don't even know there's hostels in Hong Kong even I live here!
last week, this girl contacted me saying that she wants to know more about veganism so I brought her to this vegan restaurant - Veggie Family, it's my first time going there too actually. so surprised that they have a lot of variety, The food is okay, a bit heavy but I think it would be better if eat with rice.
the food is not the main point in this gathering but the conversation we had. she did a lot of research about veganism, you can see she really wants to know more, I hope my answers can help you realise being as a vegan is not difficult like you think.
also, most of the vegans are quite nice even sometimes when we being attacked online, we still try our very best to hold our temper and explain, of course sometimes there are still some vegans can't hold their temper because of feeling innocent but this is totally understandable.
