School holidays might be a time to party and play, but it is also a crucial time when you prepare your child for the next school year, especially if it is a huge milestone for him/her.

I am still finding it hard to believe that come 2019, I will have two primary schoolers as the little sister will be embarking on her P1 journey. Beside having an elder sister in the same school, one of the ways I help her to look forward to the new phase is by labelling her books, stationery and belongings and feeling the excitement together too.

Yup, hand me downs are great and I'm all for the notion of using secondhand stuff, but this girl, she deserves to have something special of her own too. Finally we made it. This hiking was much more interesting because I get to cross the river 6 times, and after the 6th times, we came to a waterfall where we had a picnic there. By the way this video was just the 3rd crossing.

Due the thunder storm on the previous day, the water current was a little bit faster than usual. So it makes the whole experience so exciting and challenging for first timer like me.

Thank God I took a stick at the beginning of the hike. Actually I already planned that the night before when I was too excited & couldn’t fall asleep straightaway.

I even bought the waterproof bag, waterproof phone protector, and the Aqua shoe !!!!

Thank you @certifiedtricky and @lavcms @flexmobstudios for bringing me there and took very good care of me. Making sure I didn’t get bitten by trillions or zillions of ants that as big as my nails, while climbing across the huge tree trunk!
And taught me how to check that we are walking on the right track. How to see the trail! 😏 I feel so geng myself now 🤪🤪🤪🤪

Definitely wanna come back again!!!!
