我係 @明報副刊 嘅酒專題 - 「虛擬香檳莊之旅」! 參.加Virtual Tour虛擬遊香檳酒莊之「Krug Encounters- Behind the Scenes」，而香港只有邀請3位代表包括我參加，真是十分榮幸。在視像會議中與KRUG香檳莊第六代及House of KRUG的總監Olivier Krug及酒窖大師Julie Cavil會面及互動，於網上一齊走到葡萄園跟香檳莊旗下的農夫會面，了解2020年的葡萄收成及如何混合而成KRUG Grande Cuvée 176ème Édition香檳。另外亦參觀香檳莊大宅、試酒室、釀酒室及酒窖等，並試了Krug 169eme Edition(將於今年6月面世，以2013年為基酒）、Krug 159eme edition( 以2003年基酒）、Krug 2008年（將於今年9月面世）及Krug 164eme edition（以2008年為基酒）。#Cheers!
My wine feature in Ming Pao Daily News - “Virtual Champagne Tour”! Joined “Krug Encounters- Behind the Scenes” to visit Krug’s champagne house virtually. They’ve invited 3 media from HK only & I’m delighted to be one fo them. We interacted with Olivier Krug (6th generation & Director of the House) & Julie Cavil (Cellar Master) and understand how to blend KRUG Grande Cuvée 176ème Édition as well as visiting the vineyards virtually to meet the farmers to get to know about the harvest of 2020. We also visited the champagne house, the tasting room & wine cellar. We tried 4 champagnes including Krug 169eme Edition(will launch in June, with 2013 as base wine）、Krug 159eme edition( with 2003 as base wine）、Krug 2008（will launch in Sept）及Krug 164eme edition（with 2008 as base wine). #Cheers!
