My very very first grip😭😭
King pigeon pose,
I practice the grip for so long, it was so challenging and sometimes I really wanted to give up...
Because my backbend, chest and shoulders are so tight..
This grip isn’t perfect yet, but it means a lots to me already.
Since flexibility, you couldn’t feel its progress everyday, but your body will show you one day.

And practicing on this mat, really makes feel so comfortable and safe, my knees won’t feel uncomfortable, my hands won’t slip away, it’s so amazing ❤️
