Going pho Vietnamese cuisine means ordering the classic pho which was pho-rly decent but not as pho-tastic as the Hanoi Bun Cha (swipe for pic).
The latter featured bun rice noodles that is served separately with a tangy and savoury dip containing green papayas and grilled pork patties. Much like a chilled refreshing dish and I’m all pho this!

【1位】絶品グルメの食い倒れ（8:22~）
チャインタウンはグルメの宝庫。気になったお店にフラッと入ればお宝に出会えるかも？動画で行ったお店は以下のとおりです。

自分で食材を選べるのが楽しい！香り豊かな麻辣ソースが絶品のお店です。

③味香園のかき氷（13:39~）
特徴はふわっふわのかき氷。マンゴー、緑茶、ドリアン、黒ごまなど色んな味が選べるのも楽しい。歩きに疲れたら、ここで休憩を。

【2位】寺院めぐり（4:59~）
①ティアンホッケン寺院（5:05~）
シンガポールで一番古い中国寺院。昔、中国大陸の移民たちが航海の無事を祈願するために建設したそうです。

②ブッダ・トゥース・レリック寺院（5:48~）
2007年建設の仏教寺院。4階に展示されているブッダの歯は必見。神聖なパワースポットです。

③スリマリアマン寺院（7:32~）
1827年建設のシンガポール最古のヒンドゥー教寺院。個人的にはリトル・インディアのスリ・ヴィラマカリアマン寺院の方が活気があり面白いと感じたので、時間が許すならそちらも行ってみてください。

【3位】お洒落なカフェで休憩（3:40~）
ChinaTown MRTから徒歩7分ほどのTelok Ayer Street, Amoy Street沿いにはお洒落なカフェやバーがたくさん。
ぼくはMy Awesome Cafeという欧米人で賑わうカフェでお茶しました。
他にも色んなお店があるので、ぜひ散策してみてください。

【4位】Smith Street Tapsでクラフトビール（2:09~）
China Town Complexというホーカーズセンターに佇む、クラフトビール屋。シンガポール産だけでなく世界中のクラフトビールが飲めます。
ぼくは$9のFOUR PURE INDY LAGER（イギリス・クラフトビール）をオーダー。キレのある、フルーティなビールでした。
お店近辺は風邪の通りがよく、扇風機もまわっているので快適に過ごせましたよ。

【5位】パゴダストリートでお土産ショッピング（0:58~）
ばらまきで渡せそうなお土産はもちろん、お箸・風水など中国伝統の
