甜食只有吃到花捲麵包😢
煎餃內餡飽滿多汁
冰花煎得金黃酥脆
熱騰騰的炒烏龍上桌時味道超級香～
烏龍Q彈吸附鹹甜的日式醬汁
鹹食部分雖然份量不多
但味道都挺好的！
鐵觀音茶香非常濃郁
和牛奶混合風味更溫醇
低甜度完全不膩口
個人很愛這杯👏🏻

Enjoy delicious, restaurant-grade food without the hassle of spending hours in the kitchen prepping and cooking up a storm. The Hainan Story 海南寶 has just launched their ready to eat Hainanese meals that are bound to delight and evoke nostalgia on the dinner table.

We received their products below and we just had their Chilli Crabmeat and Cigar Mantou as well as Hainanese Yibua for tea. Super yummy! We can’t wait to try the rest.

4. Beet root samosa with truffle seafood (8 pcs) – by Chef Austen

These ready-to-eat packs are best kept frozen or chilled. Just thaw them and follow their simple, step-by-step instructions to cook, boil, or steam, before enjoying them.

What’s more, these creations are by the award-winning Chef Austen Ong who kicked off his cooking career as a 13-year-old apprentice of the legendary Chef Tham Mui Kai, aka one of the Four Heavenly Kings of Chinese cooking.

How to make Matcha Ice Cream

☞ Container size: at least 800ml
☞ To freeze mixing bowl 12 hours before

✎ Ingredients
heavy cream 250g
sweetened condensed milk 170g
milk 50g
IPPODO matcha powder 15g

✎ Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder.
2. Add milk into the matcha powder and mix well until it becomes the paste form.
3. Add condensed milk into the matcha paste, slowly incorporating the mixture until smooth. If there are too many lumps, sift it.
4. Pour the cold heavy cream into a freese mixing bowl, whip the cream on medium high speed until almost stiff peaks, be careful not to over whip.
5. Gently add the matcha mixture into the whipped cream, whip on low speed until the mixture becomes thick and airy.
6. Transfer the mixture to an 800~1000ml metal container and freeze for 4-6 hours.

Kimetsu no Yaiba pizza. It's Pizza-la(Japanese pizza chain) limited time item. The pizza has 4 flavors(bacon egg cheddar, sausage & meat sauce, mochi mentai spicy cod roe, char-grilled beef). Bacon egg cheddar represents Zenitsu Agatsuma, sausage & meat sauce represents Inosuke Hashibira, mochi mentai spicy cod roe represents Nezuko Kamado and cha-grilled beef represents Tanjiro Kamado. The free gift is acrylic figure. I drunk Lawson limited peach tea. They are all yummy!

Domino's Pizza Japan new menu 'QUATTRO NIPPON'. Nippon is Japan. It's Japanese popular 4 tastes(Charcoal Grilled Chiki-Teri, Hokkaido 3 Cheese, Spicy Mayo & Mochi, Char-grilled Beef) pizza. I ordered double toppings, so there are many toppings. It was yummy, but the one thing I was disappointed about was they forgot Mentaiko Mayonnaise on Spicy Mayo & Mochi. I didn't notice at first because it was yummy nevertheless. But I like Mentaiko spicy cod roe so I was a bit sad when I noticed it. I drunk Rilakkuma mugicha barley tea. Kiiroitori is cute like Karashi(my yellow bird), isn't it?
