We know you need to prepare, so here goes the list of poses and stories line-up:
Day 1: Downward dog (body part you love most)
Day 2: Twisting pose (body part you love least)
Day 3: Eagle pose (struggles you had/have with your body)
Day 4: Standing balancing pose (what is yoga to you)
Day 5: Mermaid or pigeon pose (what inspires you to do yoga)
Day 6: Lotus pose variation (what you struggle most doing yoga)
Day 7: Wheel pose (is yoga only for those who are flexible and strong?)
Day 8: Arm balancing pose (does yoga inspire you to live healthily?)
Day 9: Headstand or any inversion (has yoga transformed you physically and mentally?)
Day 10: Yogi’s choice (has yoga changed your perception on loving your body more?)

How to transition in and out of #tripodhead ? If you have a solid tripod headstand (#sirsasana2), you could try two of my favourite transtions below. Your small towel could also be your best friend if you’re super #sweaty like me!
•�1 - From #bakasana, round your back even more and lower your head into tripod headstand. Lift the legs all the way up.
•
2 - Once in the #inversion, bend the knees and come back to the initial position.
•
3 - Round your back A LOT and bend the elbows more. Push down vertically and lift the head back up to #crowpose. Sometimes it might be easier to widen the elbows when coming up, or even lower the feet a bit to transfer the weight back away from the fingers. �•
4 - Ok, come back to tripod headstand and lower the knees down again.
•
5 - This is the tough one: #ekapadabakasana or one-legged crow. You need to have a super strong core and solid #chaturanga to be able to perform this transition.
