炸春捲是一道非常傳統的菜色

Ingredients:
Spring roll pastry
Half of an onion.
A bunch of yellow chives.
200g peeled prawn
200g ground pork
A tsp of soy sauce.
A tsp of sugar.
Adequate amount of salt.
Adequate amount of mashed garlic.
A tsp of sesame oil.
A tbsp of Shaoxing wine.
Adequate amount of white pepper.

食材:
洋蔥1/2顆
韭菜1小把
蝦仁200g
絞肉200g
調味料食材:
醬油1小匙
糖1小匙
鹽適量
蒜泥適量
香油1小匙
紹興酒1大匙
白胡椒粉適量
做法:
1. 將香菜、韭黃切段,洋蔥切絲,蝦仁切丁備用
2. 取一碗,將絞肉、蝦仁丁、蒜末、白胡椒、紹興、糖、香油、鹽、醬油抓勻。
3. 再拌入步驟1拌勻備用
4. 取潤餅皮,將料填入,再用麵粉糊塗在封口上,包緊
5. 熱油鍋,約160度慢慢炸,炸至上色即可
