#TGIF! 參加咗 Champagne Bollinger香檳試酒會，試咗今年推出市場嘅Champagne Bollinger R.D. 2007年，同埋大號R.D. 2004年及特大號R.D. 2000年！Champagne Bollinger R.D.系列係香檳酒莊嘅頂級系列，R.D.解作「Recently Disgorged 」，意思是陳年了好一段時間到近期才除渣入瓶出廠。這系列一般比入門系列陳年多最少2-3倍時間，R.D.平均陳年10至15年才出廠。R.D. 2007年帶淡金黃色，優雅而複雜，帶白花、蜜糖、牛油麵包、香料、生薑、白桃、杏脯、榛子及礦物等味道，清爽優雅而層次複雜，餘𩐳悠長。R.D. 2000年特大號十分「後生」，22年後仍然活潑及充滿果香，氣泡充足，證明特大號真的可以慢慢陳年！#Cheers! 🥳🎉🥂 happy Friday!
#TGIF! Attended #ChampagneBollinger tasting, trying 3 R.D. champagnes, including R.D. 2007, R.D. 2004 magnum & R.D. 2000 Jeroboam! R.D. means “Recently Disgorged”, which is the top series, which aged 2-3 times longer than normal champagne, it normally aged for 10-15 years. R.D. 2007 has light gold color, elegant & complex, with white flowers, honey, brioche, spices, ginger, peach, apricot, hazelnut & mineral notes. It’s crispy & complex with long finish. R.D. 2000 #jeroboam is awesome, it’s still “young” after 22 years, it’s fruity & lively and the bubbles r still so intense, which proves that jeroboam can really keep the wine from oxidation a lot slower than normal size! #Cheers! 🥳🎉🥂 #happyFriday!
