Aim to do these exercises 2 - 3 times weekly. Don't forget to also fit in your HIIT and cardio workout. Mix it up!!

1) Wide Smith Machine Squat
2) Walking Lunges
3) Lat Pulldown
4) Seated Cable Row
5) Dumbbell Fly
6) Low Cable Crossover
7) Tricep Dips
8) Full Extension
Sets: 3 - 4
Reps: 15 - 20
Rest: 30 - 60 secs between sets
Total Workout Time: 60 mins

Gym improvisation! Like the T Bar row. Usually id use a TBar Machine but if there none. Here are some alternatives.
.
1. Stick the barbell either at a corner of a room OR use to dumbbells and place dumbbel in between.
.
2. Usually I use a close grip handle, but when there is none, i use a rope OR use bands!!! i found that @sanctband.global mini loops do the trick pretty well too i used 3. 1 thick and 2 light.
Not bad eh? But when using the bands remember to control the movement cause you might get the bar bouncing up at you. Get them back gains!

I never knew how much i wasn't aware of my body till i started getting active. You learn baby steps, but i hadnt realised how much i wasnt in tune with a number of muscles that my body has despite working out. General lifestyle you wont think much of it cause hey you can walk from one end to another, pick up stuff, sit get up... enough right? But isn't that wasted...all those muscle fibres just sitting there and not at its full potential. Weight training may not give you fluid movement but it can teach one how to activate and engage specific muscles. Thats IMO. Here im doing a machine row... dont be scared by the weights. It took a lot of concentration for me to keep thinking bout squeezing the back, not raising my traps, spreading the back and not compensating by using my shoulders... yeah its a lot to think about. Still learning but i know my mind muscle connection has improved under guidance at @axiomperform with my trainers @yuegenetang and @keng.tan. Sorry for the long post. Just felt like sharing. 🤗 #LoveYourBody #AxiomPerformance
