My dear tinkerbell Atilia wrote this poem for me a while back. Truly, i love this poem. It reminds me of #TestofWill2016 when we had to do a series of 4 exercises trying to get as many reps for each : burpees, goblet squats, over heard press and finally upright rows (girls) /pullups (guys)
I remember when I was standing over her as she was doing upright rows and i was screaming keep going babe "Don't quit! breathe breathe". I was so proud when she finished, for someone who doesn't always train like that, proudly saying to the crowd she's past 40 years young and to go straight into a mini fitness challenge.
You inspire me babe. You and all my Under Armour girls Suhaili Micheline Nana Al Haleq Robyn Lau Yasmin Hani make me feel like #UNLIKE ANY.
