🌟The 1st highlight was my perennial favorite ham, Cinta Senese DOP prosciutto, produced in the province of Siena, Tuscany. By the best producer, with only 8 hams exported to Hong Kong per month. I always thought this is probably the most complex Italian ham u want to eat weekly, but it's not cheap, it's got all the taste in the world, yet much more approachabla pliable. Different beast to eating my other beloved Jamon Ibericos from Spain/Portugal, or the Basque side or recent trendy Chinese hams.

《让味道说话》鲜味海鲜煮炒
这家发现了很久一直没机会到访，这天经 阿宏牵线，老板 Jeff 邀请，才有了这次网聚。
酒楼似的菜色，大排档的价钱，最要紧的是有冷气，有Vip Room. 新鲜鱼虾放心吃，菜色变化多，但老实说，爱上了就是叫回一模一样的菜的了。
#佛钵飘香
大大个芋泥圈炸的外酥内软，内里装着炒得香气满满杂菜，这个我喜欢。
#印尼虾
香而不辣的印尼咖哩虾，好吃到我忘了算究竟有多少只，配着炸馒头，说是鲜味的起家菜，值得期待。
#菜脯鱼
红狮鱼新鲜肉嫩，垫底有铺了一些河粉和酱汁，最焦点的是拿炸的酥脆的菜脯碎，真香。
#酸柑蒸Kappa
大大颗肥肥的Kappa，配上手剁的配料和浓浓的酸柑汁，未吃口水已流。越看那酸香微辣的酱汁淋在肥肥的Kappa之上，就知道这个一定好。
#东坡肉
样子不怎地，但味道很可以。肉是肥肉，但已炖煮得不觉肥腻，调味已渗透肉的分寸
最至关紧要的是，这个肉炖烂了，不能炖散了，肉不能材，这家都做到了，很满意的一道东坡肉，是不是最标准的不重要，重要的是我喜欢。
