Every girl is worthy of being loved, cherished and tenderly adored. No matter what size or shape... how tall, short, fat, thin, etc.... we are all so unique and beautiful. Our beauty isn’t defined by others. Although sometimes it’s not easy... we have the power to define ourselves. That’s why I believe we should all learn to love and cherish ourselves more.
Della and I are so excited to finally have this amazing opportunity to work together. In many ways we are complete opposites , and also so similar and connected. For example, she is very self-disciplined and I’m extremely laid back and spontaneous lol. Bur that’s the beauty... when two people with different personalities create sparks together simply because of love and true friendship! Della is a kind and attentive girl who always gives me silent warmth and support, but now she seems to be influenced by me more and more and is becoming more open and outgoing. One of my life goals now is to help her find the right man who can love her well.
I want my friends to all have good partners and build happy homes.

Maybe you weighed yourself this morning, saw a 2-3 pound spike from the previous day, and fearfully assume it’s 2-3 pounds of pure fat 🤬…

The 2-3 pounds you see has nothing to do with fat. It’s just extra water 💦 and food in your belly-bum that’s yet to be disposed of 👉💩

Unfortunately, most people take a different route. Instead of getting back on track, they’ll cut calories 💀, do “guilt” cardio 😰, or just quit altogether 😔

The Bottom Line:

It’s 100% normal to see your weight fluctuate up and down 2-3 pounds day-to-day. It has nothing to do with fat, especially if you’re staying on track with your plan.

Stay focused on what YOU can control (your diet & exercise consistency), and you will make progress.

For this #TraintoTransformTues I want to share another part of me with you. Photo on the left was in 2010. I was at the lightest I've ever been at 48kg.. with not much muscle, skinny fat, no butt, arms that look like tubes, my strong thighs were non existent .. and at that time i THOUGHT i was better. I lost all that weight from not eating cause I was going through a breakup... i was at a bad place and seeing the weight on the scale drop on a daily basis made me think, maybe being this thin would be the thing to make me happy and gain a person back, since the person I was with had a preference for thinner fairer girls. Talk about whacked, cause I believed that I wasn't good enough. This built the insecurities in my head.
It was only when I learnt I didn't need anyone, especially a guy, to validate me, I started to understand my self worth. Appetite came back, I met other people from different circles and I found the gym again. That was a sanctuary. While i didn't really know what to do with the weights or machines - i buat pandai la...there's always youtube. Everytime I broke out into a sweat it was a victory for me and that became the addiction. Like I said, I didn't really know what I was doing then, I know I was just doing it for me. Yeah sure im at a heavier weight but i urge all you girls not be bothered by the scale. 7 years later, as I look in the mirror now. I'm so much happier with where I am at physically - I'm much stronger, healthier - and mentally. There's room for improvement of course. Point is, my life changed for the better from 2 things.
1) Knowing self worth and
2) Loving my body, which meant I had to take care of it.
My dear girls and guys, don't let the visual desires of others - be it in real life or social media - define you. Your actions and heart define you :)

Please READ this box for more info. This Workout will burn up to 350 Cals per session! This is suitable for both beginners and those who are more advance. I'll be guiding you through an easier alternative as well as a harder option.
In order to Burn Belly Fat effectively, we need to incorporate total body workout together with core exercises. Total body cardio workout will help to shed the excess fat off your belly and Core exercises will help to strengthen and define your tummy.
We will alternate between 4 minutes of cardio with 2 minutes of core. We will be doing 4 sets in total with 1 minute break in between.
Each Cardio exercise will last 45secs with 15secs rest and each Core exercise will last 30secs with 10secs rest. Do this workout 2 - 3 times weekly and have a healthy meal plan to go along with it, I assure you, you will see results!
