The second edition of the #AHDBYongChefCompetition was held last month Towngas Cooking Centre in October.
Chef Max Wong from The Shady Acres won the competition with his mouth-melting chargrilled lamb breast and seared pork tenderloin. Competitiors were asked to serve two meat dishes using premium beef, pork and lamb from the UK with an Asian twist.
A big thanks to the judges: Vicky Lau of TATE Dining Room, Chef Ricky Cheung 大廚張錦祥 of The Food Story and TV chef Christian Yang (楊尚友) and all the eight talented finalists.
