I AM TOO INFLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA
It’s the same as saying, I’m too dirty to take a shower. Besides, yoga isn’t about #flexibility anyways. Ultimately, yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. Once your mind is calmed, there comes clarity, kindness, empowerment and courage.
I’m fortunate enough to take a group of enthusiastic yogis in Hong Kong on their #empoweredflow journey, taking them upside down, putting them into shapes they didn’t know existed, making them sweat and along the way, finding more about themselves.
This 90-minute Vinyasa practice emphasises on going upside down, combining yoga, core conditioning, calisthenics and hand balancing.
It allows both your body and mind to flow like water but still have total control.
This class is open to everyone with any fitness level and background.

🙏🏻 50 hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training 🙏🏻
It actually more than a Teacher Training It was a genuine Heart to Heart encounter between @davidkimyoga and 25 of us!
This 7 days of learning, sharing , discussion , demos and practise did broaden up my Yoga Horizon🧘🏻♂️ Much more than I m expected in the beginning of the course. I m sure this is one of the Yoga Training that you shouldn’t be missed if you are a Yoga Teacher and practitioner!
Learning about anatomy and philosophy aspect of Yin Yoga was GREAT, but experiencing it through their stillness, tranquility and balance are even more inspiring in my upcoming Yoga practise & teaching!! Now I understand why there are so many trainers are fascinated with those myofascial things🥲
Once again i m so glad to know everyone in the TTC and looking forward for my 1st #singingbowl training in 2 weeks time! 🥣

I’m not a baker, and I am selling pie. Who said you can’t sell what you don’t know. I started off with just one pure intention and motive: to share with everyone what I truly believe in and what I truly love.
I remember my BFF also my event company partner for 10 years now @karendardar once told me (many years ago). She said I’m a good sales person, I said I am not cos I really cannot sell when I know I have to sell. Then she said, THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT! I don’t have to sell, I just need to love it, and I will automatically share it passionately and naturally 😅. Quite true.
Same goes to my fitness journey.

The fact is, when we're able to gather more data and knowledge about our own body and how we are performing in each workout session, that will give you the motivation and discipline to stay consistent. You only need 20 ingredients for all these recipes!! They are absolutely flavourful, simple to prep and wholesome!! I've used healthier cooking methods such as light stir-frying, baking, steaming and boiling. Try them out and let me know which is your favourite dish in the comments below!
BREAKFAST - Mushroom Egg Muffins (6 muffins)
1) 6 Eggs - 468cals
2) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
3) 1/4 cup Mushroom, diced
4) 1/2 can of Tuna
5) 1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
6) Salt & Pepper to taste
Per Egg Muffin - 94Cals
LUNCH - Asian Salmon Stir Fry (serves 2)
1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
6) Spring Onions
TOTAL LUNCH CALORIES - 470Cals
DINNER - Steamed Soy Ginger Barramundi (serves 2)
1) 1 Barramundi Fillet (about 12oz), or other white fish of your choice
2) 1/4 cup Ginger, finely sliced
3) 1/4 cup Spring Onions, sliced
4) 2 Small Chillies, chopped
5) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables (serves 3)
1) 1 Head Broccoli, cut into florets
2) 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
3) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
4) 2 Garlic Cloves
5) 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
7) 1/2 tsp. Chili flakes
Total Dinner Calories (including 1 bowl of white rice) - 500Cals
