Listen, don’t text your coach or instructor telling them “Sorry coach I couldn’t make it to your class today” instead feel sorry for yourself that you’ve breaking promises about going to exercise. Tell yourself “I’m sorry (insert your name) for I keep breaking promises to you to be healthy, we will make it up in 3 days for the next workout”

3 days rule - don’t go 3 days without exercise - 3 days is enough for your cortisol (bad hormone) to increase and make you lazy - trust me, the next training after 3 days you’ll feel so LAZY to go
.
Please don’t say sorry to your coaches, they love you no matter what - all they wanted is the best for you - and you should too want the best for yourself - do not settle for less
