🌱 Vegan Beef Pho, using a Vegetarian based Broth.. I was surprised how this turned out as I hardly do Vegetarian broths bar the base Soffrito or Mirepoix. My mom didn't even believe me when I said this was made without any meat 🥩 as it tasted like a real Beef with Marrow pho Broth, since I borrowed from some past secrets in Cantonese or Vietnamese cooking that can make something real 'meaty' by using the correct Nuts, Herbs & Spices, Veggies etc, but this information isn't passed down the generations anymore, even though mom taught me part of it from her parents 😐 Have to say I am less inclined to go out for real Meat Pho's now, if I found a decent Vegetarian alternative 🤔
