Tried Hustle Burnout today with @dinoza consist of warm up, 5 rounds of TABATA, core and cool down stretch. Sweat enough before sungkai, did 3 sets only coz thirsty was so real. 1 reason why I only run before sungkai (best if it rains). The coach will correct your form during workouts 👍🏼 I know some of my form kelaut already coz almost 5 months without workout and hammies still pulling from last Saturday's night trail run. Good for beginners too. They also have yoga, pilates, functional training with gym equipments, also calisthenics 😃.

Lat Pull Down is a good exercise.
Bent Over Row is a good exercise.
Seated Row is a good exercise...etc
But Chin-ups/ Pull-ups are superior to all pulling/ rowing exercises.
#StrengthSensei said that chins and pull-ups are real functional, whole-body exercises that work the abs, long head of the triceps, and even the pectorals.
Chin-ups are one of the hardest exercises. The trainees can perform chin-ups & pull-ups with chin-up bar at home or with the monkey bar at the playground. They are the basic exercise for the #calisthenics training.
Once you dominated the chin-ups & pull-ups, the trainee can progress to do many different variations of the pulling exercises - archer chin-ups, muscle-ups, tuck front lever...
Training tip: We always do "bang-for-buck" exercise first before doing the secondary exercises.
