Poliquin Lean Away Pull Ups
Pull ups or chin ups are great exercises that not only work your lat and biceps, they are actually real functional, whole-body exercises that work the abs, long head of the triceps, and even the pectorals.
Compared to the usual pull ups and chin ups, the one in this video is a slightly diff variation - you will need to lean back (push away your body) on your eccentric movement.
Sports like wrestling, judo, grappling, and Brazilian jujitsu that you need to pull to get an advantage, practicing lean away pull ups are great advantage as it is a great conditioning exercise.
Tips:
1. For beginners, you can perform this exercise using assisted pull up/chin up machine like the one in my video.
2. Progress the exercise to non assisted, and then later on Rings.
3. Add tempo! As you push away your body (lean away) going down (your eccentric movement), try bringing your body down slow 3-4sec.

Earlier at Celebrity Fitness Malaysia. Ohhhh gosh i missed the threadmill sooo much! Leg still sore so took it easy.
Cardio: 60mins (machine wouldn't allow me to go longer >.<)
28 mins: Interval training
10mins: Jog at 8.2km/h
10mins: Walk incline 10 speed 5.5km/h (meh)
12mins: jog between 7.2-8.5km/h
Abs:
Decline Leg raises 20 + Decline half Sit up 20 = 5 sets
Pike Crunch 20reps 5 sets
stretch stretch stretch ^_^. Feels good.. tomorrow circuit!
