#uttanasana one of my favorite poses to do against a wall or mirror. I actually prefer the mirror because it’s a little more sticky and you can walk your shoulders down more and more as you get more open in the pose. Then, if course, walk the feet closer to the wall. Such a deep and awesome stretch!
