HOW DO MUSCLES GROW?

So here are some common misunderstandings that people have due to the influence of "BRO SCIENCE"
TBH at one point of my life i was influenced too, so here is what i have learnt up till date :

1.Workout&Nutrition
🚫🚫🚫🚫
In order to grow muscles workout and your food is important, however just eating whatever you want as long
AS YOU EAT ALOT and LIFTING AS LONG YOU'RE LIFTING HEAVIER is not really the accurate.
🚫🚫🚫🚫
- Eat alot YES! ✔but in a calorie surplus ( Keep track)✔✔✔✔
- lift heavier YES!!!✔✔✔✔ but follow or create a program that is realistic , PROGRAMMED PROGRESSION can never go wrong!! KNOW YOUR SETS...KNOW YOUR REPS .... RECORD...AND PROGRESS...

WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING AND TRACK!
✔✔✔✔✔✔✔

2.SUPPLEMENTS& MICRO NUTRTION .
People today are very dependant on supplements thinking " MUSCLES ONLY GROW WITH SUPPLEMENTS"❌❌❌❌❌
Not entirely true as well❌❌❌
70% percent of your muscles growth os influenced by your MACRO NUTRITION( PROTEIN,CARBS,FATS)
AND MICRO NUTRITION
(YOUR ESSENTIAL VITAMINS) these can be obtained through whole foods as well.
But the you can add on supplements for convenience purpose, ONLY IF YOU CAN'T FULFIL YOUR DAILY REQUIREMENT THROUGH WHOLE FOOD.
FOR EXAMPLE: I TAKE MULTIVITAMINS...

3.CONSISTENCY
.
Now lets talk about another key aspect , some of us tend to loose pur patience and tend to resort to short cuts
A.K.A - SUPER SOLDIER SERUM 😏😏😏
Just know that your life and health is not a marvel movie, so be patience stay CONSISTENT!! give your self a REALISTIC TIME PERIOD and GROW!!

I’M NOT THAT CHUBBY ANYMORE!😉

4 weeks ago kalau korang perasan ade one period yg i tak post gmbr sgt because i tak suka tangkap gmbr masa tu. Why??? because Im FAT and buncit! I got depressed and bila i tangkap gmbr semua angle jadi tak kena.
SO I tell myself i need to get my confidence back. So i jumpa balik my coach @kam_izzwan ( after so long🤦🏻♂️) to help me. During assessments barulah i dpt tau yg berat i 82kg( which is still ok for me because dulu pernah naik sampai 87kg) but my body fat percentage is 25%!!! wtf...dah mcm body fat perempuan. I even tak ambik pun gmbr badan time tu utk buat comparison
FAST FORWARD
So this is my current picture with 81.5kg and 21.5 % BODY FAT!!! ( 3.5% is a lot of difference). I AM SO HAPPY!!!. So now i tangkap gmbr pun dah konfiden balik..hehehe
My next goal is to achieve 15% body fat and get my 8 pack back..hehee..wish me luck😋
So kalau korang nak start ur fitness journey i ade a few tips to share...
1. Knowledge is everything . The easiest way is to get a coach. But pilih coach pun kena pandai. Before hire them. Please make a research about them first and tgk method diorang sesuai atau tak dgn u. Bcoz different coach have different method. Kalau tak mampu, gunalah Mr GOOGLE. Berlambak gila information yg ade dekat internet but make sure korang dpt info dari reliable sources.
2. Consistency is the key. Ini yg selalu org takde. Mcm i dulu i training giler babi punya without proper knowledge about nutrition bfore compete dlm bodybuilding masa i umur 21 tahun. Bdan mmg cantik tapi lepas tu KE LAUT. why? bcoz i cannot sustain the lifestyle yg stress gile...training 6 kali seminggu. tak boleh makan nasi.. boleh makan ayam rebus je..telur kena telan 10 biji...wtf🤦🏻♂️...so no good!. Now i eat BANYAK BUT im losing fat because the knowledge than i gain from my coach.
3. Dont procrastinate . Start now!!!...jgn ckp esoklah. esoklah. esoklah... sampai ke sudah tak start. Haaa tu jelah..apa2 nak tnya boleh tanya kat komen..ade masa i reply😘😘😘.Much love💖
