👉🏻 Last PY class for now..
I haven’t done this pose in about 2 years. Since it’s my last PY class with @yogasamrat we thought that maybe we give it a go.. and this is how it went:
~Me after two kicks: “Just save me!”
~S: “Don’t cry. Last pose of PY.”
~Me after successful attempt: “Yayyy!! 👏🏻 “

This pose is hard enough as it is… and having to wear a mask to do it pushes the difficulty to the next level #hardtobreathe”.

Note: Please have the right teacher to guide you when it comes to deep poses like this. 🙏🏻

I remember I didn’t book anything, I just followed the arrangement of universe. I even did skydiving alone. It all became my precious memory and ME. Of course you might take some risks. We open our hearts, it doesn’t mean to danger ourselves. BUT WE ALLOW GOODS TO COME IN☺️

#backbending poses don’t come to me naturally. I’ve really had to work hard, in the last few years, to get to where I am now. And even still, it takes so much preparation for me to even think about getting into such a #deepbackbend You never know what is possible until you struggle a little and try!
