WTF Intervals: Stadium a bit packed today.
🔹1km warm up (I did 770m 😂)
🔹Drills (legs tired 😴)
🔹500m x6 (5k race pace 🤣 I can't run my previous below 30 mins so my race pace mmg kelaut for now) plus 1 min RI walk back (nda sempat balik starting, jam sudah beep). Legs super tired, especially my thighs (heavy die me).
🔹1km cool down (panat sdh se, panas! 🥵).

1km warm up (I did 800m 🙈) + drills
Coach said 70% effort (so I targeted at 6mins pace/km and increase or reduce by 30 sec depending on distance 😁. He said easy, so am doing easy 🤣. And slow jog for RI but my legs can't lift at 3rd set, end up walking for the rest of the RI 😌
