TẬP GÌ TRƯỚC KHI ĂN SÁNG?
Chị/ em ơi, mình có rất ít thời gian buổi sáng vậy thì có nên tập và tập gì đây?
Thật ra thời gian ai cũng như nhau nhưng chúng ta có biết tối ưu hoá thời gian của chúng ta không thôi. Mọi người cố gắng chỉ dậy sớm hơn 15-20 phút mặc chiếc đồ tập lên và tập luyện thôi sẽ thấy tinh thần và sức khoẻ thay đổi liền trong một tuần.
Vậy thì tập gì đây?
✨Cứ tập những gì bạn thích trước, yoga, zumba, pilates, dance, aerobics... những gì chúng ta thích mới duy trì lâu dài được. Tuy nhiên mình cũng gợi ý 3 động tác trong video tập cơ toàn thân nên tập vào buổi sáng 2-3 lần trong tuần.

ออกกำลังกายตามเพลง! 😍😯
วันก่อนจินเล่น Tiktok แล้วไปเจอวีดิโอของ @alexandrayaeger ค่า 😍 คือเขาเอาท่าออกกำลังกายมาออกตามเพลง เราชอบมาก สนุก55555 แล้วคือจังหวะมันพอดีมากๆ เลยเอามาเล่นดู แก้เบื่อได้ดี เวลาออกที่บ้านคนเดียว ทำท่าละ 3-4 ครั้ง จริงๆกว่าจะได้ถ่ายวีดิโอก็ทำไปหลายเซ็ทละ5555.
เพลงในวีดิโอที่เอามาเล่น
▪️เพลงแรกเป็นเพลง Toosie Slide - Drake.
เพลงนี้ทำ high knees, lunges
ด้านหลัง ด้านข้าง แล้วก็ Squat.
▪️เพลงที่สองเพลง Our song- Taylor Swift.
เริ่มที่ Squat+Knee Drops 4 รอบ แล้วก็ Squat Jump หันข้างไปมาอีก 4 แล้วก็ burpees.
▪️เพลงสุดท้าย เอาจริงๆไม่รู้ชื่อทำนองอ่ะ แต่ดังมากใน tiktok 55555
ย่อแล้วทำ plank shoulder tap เสร็จแล้วกลับมาที่ squat แล้วลงไปใหม่ทำ cross-body mountain climber แล้วก็กลับมาท่าสควอทแล้วค่อย push up ค่า 💕😍
ปล. ลืมบอกว่า ถ้าเล่นเพลงแรกเสร็จแล้วก็ถอดถุงเท้าก็ดีนะ เดี๋ยวลื่น55555 นี่ใส่เพื่อเล่นเพลงแรกเลย 😂😂😂 ตอนแรกเท้าเปล่าแล้วมันไม่สไลด์ตามเพลง 😂

I am back, this time with another chit chat video going over details of my fitness journey, how and when I started and ways in which I was able to successfully graduate whilst toning up!
