One of the common transitions in a Vinyasa Flow class is moving from Tittibhasana to Bakasana and it is also one of the most challenging transitions to master.
But I always believe in the power of props.

Downdog - 3 legged downdog - wild thing - bridge - reclining hero - child’s pose .... repeat both sides! If you do not feel comfortable going into a bridge flow then stop at wild thing, come back to downdog - all 4s - child’s pose. There is no wrong or right, it all depends on how your body feels today(that day). Please practise with ahimsa during your home practise. ?.
